Poor Customer Service
A new website development company is definitely in my future as the one I am currently using has the worst customer service ever. I have never dealt with such rude people before in my life. Last week I discovered inaccurate information on my website that could lead customers to a competitor. I immediately called the company and was placed on hold for thirty two minutes. When I spoke to a representative, she informed me the information would be passed on and hung up. Two days later I called back to see why this mistake hadn’t been corrected and after a nineteen minute wait I was disconnected. Another call and I was told that no one was available to help and please call back tomorrow. It’s now been a week and the website is not fixed. I am done with that business once and for all.
