Exercise for Energy
Being out of shape often times means being too tired to do the things that you really want to do. The strangest thing happened when I started on a new diet. I had more energy. I thought that it would be the exercises on the bikini bootcamp diet that would tire me out. Exercising and eating the right foods gives me more energy during my day than I ever expected to feel. I wish I had started this program sooner. I have started to do a lot of the things I have missed out on over the years, now that I have energy to do them.
