Dad has been having a total party since he retired, and he is what I call the master fisherman.  He really enjoys nature and likes to watch the leaves turn, and he enjoys going on fishing trips with a couple of buddies of his.  Since they have an old cabin up near our beautiful local lake, they like to go hole up there for a weekend every month or so.  Dad said the only things he wants for Christmas is some brand new high power binoculars.  I think that he will be very happy and show them off to all his cronies.
