Not only do I want to find a great place to live but I also want to make sure that this place is being rented in a fair way. Not only fair to me but to others that may live around me and of course, I want to pay the fair amount. I like looking for flats to rent in places that not only keep up with the local rental market but also do their fair share to find out what is not just good for the investors out there but for those people who need a place to rent.
