I am doing some research on the difference in kitchen stoves based on how they are designed. Many people seem to swear by the efficiency of the electric stove, especially those who like the ones with the flat top cooking surface. On the other side are the supporters of the gas stove. They say that they wouldn’t even consider cooking on anything else. This is a pretty militant group, actually. They seem to consider the electric range chefs as being boring and inferior. In fact, they are extremely adamant about their insistence that gas stoves are the only legitimate cooking appliances for serious cooks. Who would have thought it was such a big deal?
