Recently I have been looking into going to school to be a chef.  There are not a whole lot of things out there that I would rather do than cook.  I feel alive when I am cooking, and I am going to go after my dream.  Part of going after that dream is getting proper culinary arts training. I know that once I get the training that I need all things will be better. It’s just choosing which school to go to that is the hard part.  There are so many great schools out there that I have to choose from.
