Last week was a little disconcerting on the trip that my wife and I took to Kansas City. We left Las Vegas around 11 o’clock at night in order to get there quickly. On the way we had heard on the News that there was a bombing over in France. It was in a smaller town which just happens to be where my wife’s mother and father live. My wife ended up calling them and no one answered. This caused even more stress for my wife. Finally she was able to get a hold of them and it turns out that they were okay and there was nothing to worry about.
