Ways to Combat Bad Breath

In order to ultimately defeat halitosis, you have to attack the causes of bad breath. But to keep it at bay, there are simple things you can do that will work wonders at keeping your breath fresh. First of all you should brush your teeth regularly and don’t forget to floss as well. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water is also necessary, not only for your health, but to keep your mouth clean and bacteria at bay. Visiting the dentist every six months and getting regular cleanings. Looking into alternate treatments is advisable as well.  It is up to you to keep your mouth healthy and smelling fresh.
