I recently moved to the Kentucky area, and was in the midst of getting all settled in my new home.  The reason for the move was because my job had transferred me.  Now that I was all settled in, it was time to find a fitness coach, so I would not fall behind on my workout regime.  Online, I did a search of personal trainer louisville, and found one immediately.  The person that I hired to me my trainer has been absolutely amazing.  This is one person that has dramatically changed my life, and one that I never want to be without.
