I have been in search of a diet plan that really works without having to starve myself and deny myself the foods I love.  I have looked into many different diets and I am wondering if the Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan really works.  I have read a Fat Loss 4 Idiots review that thinks that its a good plan.  I thought that I would try it since it only costs $39.99 to join their online diet plan.  I hope to lose 15 pounds.  Based on the description of the diet plan I should be able to lose that weight in about 2 weeks.
