My teenage son just came home from his first shift at the local restaurant. He is helping out in the kitchen area and spends most of his time cleaning. He came in the front door and started telling me all about his day. He said that he got confused with all the different commercial cleaning solutions. There were degreasers, pot and pan cleaners, and the all purpose cleaner. He said that he simply asked his boss which product to use and where. He siad that his boss was very nice about it and helped him out. He is confident that he will get it right on his next shift tomorrow.
