I have long admired my department’s boss because she is a person who really knows how to take a large job and divide it up in to smaller steps that are easy to understand and accomplish. She seems to have a real knack for the process of project management and we all can really see that with each job we are given to tackle. The goal in my job is always to be on time and to be under budget and she has taught us all some interesting ways to manage the expectations of our fellow team members as well as our external customers.
