When my wife broke her leg a few months ago, she was very upset. We are both getting older, and she was afraid it would totally ruin her independence. It ended up healing quite well, but did have an effect on her health. It’s now harder for her to walk long distances, something she used to quite enjoy. So I’ve suggested looking into mobility scooters in the UK, which would let her enjoy more of the independence she used to. She loves the idea, and so we’ve begun shopping around, looking for one that will be just right for what she needs.
